Boris, You Russians are such a joyful people. <vbg> It must be those long grey cold winters or something... But, while I'm poking gentle fun at the lovely Galia (say hi to her for me, Boris - I've never met her or anything, but if she puts up with you, she must be a saint <vbg>) I might as well comment on the image while I'm here. I like it. I think the dark blue sky is most compelling. I like the pattern (or is it a lack of pattern?) of the trees and branches. The Venus thing doesn't do much for me aesthetically, but I guess it's interesting to know what it is - the image would be about the same with or without it, IMHO. But, I think it's a really cool image, and I imagine that it would look terrific all blown up and put on a wall or something. I have to confess that I don't get the effect. But, I'm never any good at those things one's supposed to stare at and then have 3D things pop out of after a while. Maybe I'm just too intense a guy... <vbg> Good photo, in any event. cheers, frank ===== "The optimist thinks this is the best of all possible worlds. The pessimist fears it is true." -J.
