The NEX ia plus does all this (except OGG) plus FM radio and line in
encoding.

Plenty of other devices which also have OGG, but most use SD cards
and/or internal memory rather than CF.

Look around the website from the link above to see plenty of other
players.  Their forum used to be pretty good for posting questions too.
