Sounds seriously defective. If you just bought it take it back.
When dealing with things like this it usually is best to get the phone number for the service department, and actually talk to a tech.
For some strange reason businesses, especially computer related businesses, do not do well with email. A hard copy on paper via signature required snail mail works best of all. It is usually seen as you beginning to document the issue to take to court.

I cannot seem to get a response from Epson, so I wondered if anybody here had seen this issue.
Instead of text of pictures, my printer is printing huge blobs of black, and it is quite a bit of black, soaking the paper through. I have changed cartridges, changed USB ports, cables and finally stood of over it and yelled at it. Still no joy.
Any help would be greatfully recieved.
Kind regards Kevin
