Hi

For most things I actually prefer the Frontier over the Noritsu's (what I'm
assuming you are calling the Kodak) Two big howevers though. First, it has
been about 3 years since I last printed on a Frontier, and the output from
digital cameras has improved tremendously in that time. Second, A lot has to
do with how the lab has the printer set up. Most of the drug stores have
their machines set up with too much sharpening and saturation. Ma and Pa six
pack like the look (or don't know better) using their point and shoots (film
or digital). Add technicians that don't have a good idea of what a good
print really looks like. So someone with good equipment and a good eye is
not going to like the results. I think good set up run by good people is
much more important then the brand of printer for quality output.
