Here's some possibilities:
1. Try FilterSim. Its free from:
http://www.mediachance.com
It's a standalone program that simulates the entire series of the Kodak wratter filters.
2. Go to Levels in PS. Using the middle dropper, click on something in your photo that should be medium gray. This is supposed to remove color casts. (Note: I haven't tried this, but PS gurus write that it works -- if your image has something in it that should be medium gray.)
3. Play with the color sliders.
