Well, I can move to the right/left along the bridge I took the shots
from.  There is another bridge on the other side (just above and a
feet feet back from the top of those shots) but it only has sidewalk
on the side away from the falls and I wouldn't trust people driving
here not to run me over.

There is another (natural rather then man made/altered) waterfall not
too far from here that I can try. It's a little bit of a hike, and
it's a poular swimming hole in the summer, so I don't know if people
would appreciate me taking a tripod there and setting up. I might try
that though.
