Of course, this applies only to *rear* lens caps. Tamron's front lens caps rock. Whenever I get a new lens I buy a Tamron front lens cap for it (and then scrape off the silver paint that reads "TAMRON" <grin>) If anyone wants a free Tamron 77mm lens cap, go to Grandfather Mountain, climb out the steps and walkway to Linville Bluffs and look around the bottom of that house-sized boulder you're standing on.
