I believe that's what they call turn 7 (part of the "esses"). It's the left-hander that's at the crest of a small hill, as you can see in the photo. I was down low at the exit of the turn. The tower is up high, just after the entrance to the turn. In fact, I think the tower is just out of the frame on the left. (Assuming you mean the small wooden platform in that area.)
