Yesterday at work I had the opportunity to correct a typical Joe Sixpack shot of a birthday cake with white icing taken under fluorescent lighting w/o flash, a fairly common shot. I was surprised that with the color and level adjustments available with the 375 I was able to actually get the icing white instead of the typical fluorescent green.
