Well, yes and no. They are plastic coated metal. Except for the FA 100, which is not plastic coated AFAIK.
You mean like a thin layer of plastic was molded onto the metal barrel? Think I'll have to take a closer look at my FA*24/2, F*300/4.5 & FA*200/2.8 again.
