Well, TYhe AF280T seem to be a good choise. I paid less than 100 USD for mine (ebay). Very well built, versatile and "prepared" for an upgrade (TTL) to a Super A or other Petnax camera featuring TTL-falsh.
Other than that I'd go for a Metz.
