I don't think that there was an A300 f4.0, there was the SMC-P (K) 300
f4.0 the SMCP-M*300 f4.0 and the SMCP-A*300 f4.0. Boz's site is pretty
much the bible and that's all he lists in that focal length with that f
stop.

KEH has a few of the M*300 f4.0 lenses for between 375.00 and 475.00
IIRC, (not bothering to look it up since I always see something I want
to buy). I'd expect to pay at least that much for a good condition A*300.
