It's a difficult decision but after I purchased my *ist D all I did was look at my MZ-S and think what lovely camera it was, I never actually used it. I figure that the *ist D offers as much automation (if not more) than the MZ-S and so I elected to keep my more traditional (and cheaper) manual bodies. The Exakta wouldn't return you too much cash I guess, wait a while and see if the *ist D will provide you with all you need then decide which to sell. There are some things that 35mm film will do slightly better than the *ist D but the 67 (or 6x6 in your case) does a whole lot better such as detailed landscapes.
