Crank was a slag for a drug, not sure if heroine or methamphetimine,
so a Crank Lab is where drug is made, so its slang for a mobile drug lab,
so therefor the person referenced can be 'messed up anywhere he goes'
I don't know that Americans call crank 'crank' anymore
I think its more of a 70's term
