I removed it in favour of a nice Domke strap, about a day or so after purchasing the camera. Not because of the "garishness" of the strap (though I didn't like that either) but because the strap also is not particularly comfortable. But I *do* wish they'd supplied a strap with pockets. Rather a high price those command on their own, though. ERN
