Hum...? Maybe they have been reading my posts (grin).
It may be a fact that Pentax are taking no more orders for it (trying to clear out the pipeline). The new camera is too much like the current one for them to do anything else in my opinion (as I stated last week here on the list). The only downgrade from what I hear is it taking SD cards instead of CF, everything else I have heard is the same or better than the existing camera. Oh, I am sure that they made changes that will let it be run off the assembly line more cheaply, but not that actually downgrades the camera. So this does not suprise me a bit. After all it is only 90 days until the *istDs is supposed to hit the streets, and they probably have existing orders backlogged nearly that far.

2 were used Pentax bodies, 3 were used K mount lenses, all were as good or better than described. Their rating system seems nearly as conservative as I understand KEH's is.

Thanks ... doesn't help much, really, unless the items you purchased were used. I'm mostly interested in knowing how accurately they describe the merchandise.

Shel, if it helps:
I haven't used their auctions but have purchased mailorder several times with 100% satisfactory results.
