Diamond Head is worth the hike. There are photo ops along the way and at the top. http://pug.komkon.org/03feb/bkd0302c.html Hanauma Bay has a trail on each side of it. One side takes you to the toilet bowl that would be fun to photograph - the other side takes you to something called Witches Brew that is great for shooting wave/spray action.
