*istD. In fact, the local Canon pro who talked me into digital, thinks
the *istD is quite superior to the 10D. He was impressed with the image
sharpness, the viewfinder brightness, and, of course, the compact size.

Er, I've never had a 10D. I had a D60 but sold it. I'm looking for a 1D.
