question is undefined. You could do beautiful billboards with a 67 but those are viewed at great distances.
I think a general rule of thumb is to enlarge film no more than about 3X-4X or you wil start to notice quality loss with the naked eye comared to larger formats printed at lower magnification and prints VIEWED FROM ANY DISTANCE. For the 67 this would mean you could definitely do 8x10 prints with almost no quality loss visible to the naked eye compared to say 4x5 film. for 35mm for example the limit would be roughly 3 by 4.5 inch prints to 4 by 6 inch prints.
