I have to say that after "knowing" Bill for 6 odd years on the PDML, It was several days after meeting him that my mental image began to shift to what my eyes saw, as opposed to what I imagined.

12. He doesn't look at all like Kenny Rogers.
For some reason I always expect PDMLers from across the pond to look like Kenny Rogers - even (especially?) the women*. So I'm always rather surprised when they don't. Spoils the illusion, somehow.
