Nice shot. Interesting story about the driver & brakeman, maybe the boss lent the the "company car" to go and get some lunch :-).
Btw try it in B/W it think it has some potential but you'll need to do something about the sky in colour the blue looks fine but in B/W a few white clouds would help.
