LOL...
My kids had seen the ad on Cartoon Network for the exhibition, and
wondered about "ksne-hallen", since our name is quite rare in Norway
(< 70 people, from two unrelated lineages). It was great to have a pic
to show them and tell them what building was about, even though we
didn't get to see the exhibition.

I almost missed meeting up with Jens. Something I ate on the boat
wreaked havoc with my digestive system, and kept me running for the
loo every 15 minutes or so all night. Some sleep in the morning made a
change, so I chanced on leaving my cabin anyway.

And I'm glad I did. Jens Is a great chap, full of humor and good
perspectives. He had brought with him one of his recent panoramas of a
Danish coastline, which measured 115 x 5 cm, stiched from many
exposures (17?). We looked at it over a cup of coffee in a gallery
caf, and it certainly drew some curious looks from the neighbouring
tables. The hours went by all too quickly. Hope we get a chance to
meet again some time, Jens! In Oslo, Copenhagen or wherever.

Oh, and btw, the Carlsberg we had was not the ordinary lager export
stuff, but some more substantial stuff. The danes keep the good stuff
to themselves, it seems. Too bad I couldn't stomach more than half a
pint...:-)

Cheers,
Jostein
