Then you have a problem there. Pornography is defined by intent, not form. If your system can't deal with it you should try to fix it. Risky job but worth the effort.
I know the woman that teaches photography at the high school, and she never shows nudes of any kind (photos of real people, not photos of naked statues) because the reaction is so unpredictable.
Again you have a problem. I suspect it comes from trying to avoid issues instead of facing and dealing with them.
