Hi Alin, I agree, definitely.
There aren't so many mafia'd beggars here in Prague now. The streetpaper programme is going now for its 3rd or 4th year, and works quite nicely. What's important to know is that "helping" like Saviour Army does is not helping at all. Like somebody said, it's better to teach how to catch fish than give somebody a hundred fish (loosely quoted <g>). Either the too idealistic view or the complete libertarian view are pretty wrong here. Hoping still for some meeting on my next trip to your country :-) La Revedere! frantisek
