Thanks Paul,

Ya know this being my first entry and being new to the list I didnt realize
that the pictures were going to be commented on, I am truly grateful though
that
they are. You have given me a lot of things here that I never thought of.
1. I didnt do alot of editing to the pic, with the exception of resizing it.
2. In the picture here the closest guy is focused more, but you can still see
the expression of the other more clearly.
3. I need to not be so shy around these ppl and get in there and shoot
where I want. (as long as I am not interferring)

There are several things here that will help me out at the next tourny.
The flash was just the flash that was on the camera. I am working on getting
a bounce flash that will flash in manual mode, but I am kinda waiting on
my sisters things to get here because she has pentax equipment that she
has not used in a long time. I am hoping it comes down with her other things
next friday. I get to go through it and see what she has.... :-)

I am really glad that ya'll do this, it will help me out in learning how
to make my pictures better.
In this picture, what had happened is that the guy facing the camera had
started to do a jump kick, well the other guy facing away from the camera
saw this and just stuck his foot out with a side kick and it got the first
guy in the chest, but since he was in the air fixing to do a jump kick when
he came down from it, the kick also slid up and got him on the chin.
One of the things I am working on is to try my best to get
a picture at the moment of impact. I do spar with some of these guys so I do
know some of their moves, but dog gone it is still really hard to see
something
coming, especially when you are looking through the viewfinder.
