Lighting should be quite flat, since you are going to be increasing your contrast by attempting to gain film speed through extended development.
You would want a fairly long compensating development to secure as much shadow detail as possible, without causing the highlights to block up.
Rodinal would not be such a good choice, but Microdol-X might be, and Selectol would be even better.
