I'll second that. I picked up a mint ST 85/1.9 for about $150.00 wich includes shipping from GB. It is so far THE best portrait lens I've ever used. Excellent in all regards. There's another post a few down the list by Jim Colwell that tells how to easily use M42 lenses on K mount. I use it on my ist-D and it works great.
(BTW: There was one on eBay yesterday, I won't post the URL due to PDML "suggestions".) ;-) Don > -----Original Message----- > From: Paul Stenquist [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent: Monday, October 25, 2004 8:10 PM > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: Re: Non K-mount portrait lenses > > > You might look for an M42 Super Takumar 85/1.9.
