Old news. (Well, around a week old. And posted here some days ago). Most of my multi-thousand dollar investment is in lenses. And those lenses work just fine on my DSLR. They don't fit on a cellphone. I don't see why anybody is surprised by the 5MP cellphone camera, anyway. The Japanese have had 3MP phones for some time, and have been talking about higher resolution for a while. And the USA cellphone companies are desparate to find some way of selling bandwidth - they lose money on the basic voice service by the time they've discounted the deal to a level where they can hook customers.
