Idiotic behind-the-wheel practices aren't restricted to either gender. I've seen women putting on make-up while driving. A week or two ago, I actually saw a fellow using an electric shaver, while driving down the street! Now that was a jaw-dropper! I've seen men and women reading the paper, reading a book, reading a map.
