Love it!!

Your'e right, it is humourous, and maybe a bit poignant, too.  I
really like your crop/composition of only seeing about 1/2 the dawg. 
Also like the perspective, looking down that roadway and under the
bridge - it really frames those people nicely.

I think the content/composition/story outweighs any so-called
technical deficiencies.
