I'm sure you're not going to appreciate this, but...why does it matter?
One-tenth of an f/stop is unmeasureable by normal means, and the results of any image taken with each are going to be identical to each other, exposure-wise.
Now, if all you want to know is why do the two different cameras sense the same scene yet display different aperture numbers ~ hard to say.
I'd grab another cuppa and proceed with the day. <g>
