Hi Mark,
Don't apologize; even if some missed out (like me who was too slow
to respond) others got a great deal and only because you went out of your
way to help others (i.e the cup is half full). I hope that is the true
spirit of the PDML. In between the bickering there does seem to be a fair
bit of helping of others going on.
