I'm always a sucker for cat pics, I like orange cats, and especially like close-ups. So, this one's a double bonus for me ;-))
Not sure about the decal, although I think it was something like a bow that was weathered and partly coming off the mailbox. That's what it seems to be when I look at the full sized image.
