It would require a modification to the lens or camera. I was once told that using DOF preview on a camera so equipped would work, it doesn't, it just fools the camera into thinking it's dark outside and overexposes. For this to work, on say an ME Super, both the linkage that tells the body what F stop is set and the lever that holds the aperture open until exposure would have to be disabled. Same two conditions that are met by using an M42 screw mount lens with a K/M42 adapter on a K body.
