The silhouettes of the people, the bonfire behind them, the burning bush to their left - what great composition. The shot's so edgy - a bit blurry, with the smoke and haze reflecting the light of the fire like a halo. There's something vaguely dangerous or unsettling about the photo.

Thank _you_. I was just playing with Cath's Optio, as my film stock has nothing faster than 100ASA at the moment.
It has a rather sci-fi, X-files look to it, I think.
It's not a burning bush per se. It's our version of a bonfire. We were using it to burn some garden cuttings instead of burning perfectly good wood. The white light in front of the kids is one of the cheap, Chinese fireworks splutting its way to extinction.
