I had a play with it, it looks like it might be useful but it doesn't really 
work too well as a global tool, I think it's best off being applied locally 
only. I used it to eliminate some motion blur too, this is really cool but 
again it really has to be used judiciously. 

The shot I applied it to had a car in the foreground with slight horizontal 
blur but the b/g was nicely OOF. On applying the filter the motion blur on the 
car was reduced but the b/g OOF area was affected in a less complementary way.

Also the both filters do introduce new aberrations which have to be considered. 
On some subjects they are so apparent that the effect has to be toned down such 
that it's questionable whether it was worth the effort. The motion blur 
reduction sure is clever though.
