I, for one, am unwilling to deny ANYONE access to the courts.... despite my personal feelings about the merits of their case. I suspect that those who criticize the most would be the first to the trial lawyer office if they felt injured by another. They are just that kind of people, IMHO. There used to be a saying that a conservative is a liberal who has been mugged..... well I think the same idea applies here.
