I should have put a smiley in there.  Because it's disjoined because the 
jib was moving.  There's a better example at the far end of the light 
coloured building running from extreme right front towards middle 
background.  If you zoom in, there is someone just emerging from behind 
the far end of the building and they (or at least their top half) appear 
again about 10 yards further left.

The distortion is quite interesting.  Look at the shapes of the cars in 
the car park front left.
