That's an amazing photograph. I love it. I have no idea what that red splotch it, but it certainly makes the picture.
I assumed it was a person walking by on the street outside.
My question was whether it was intentional, or just serendipity.
You are right, and I waited a while for the right person (the picture shows the view from my office on a boring day).
