True, although I now have 2 tripods that I'm happy with. For now, he has
inherited my old Slik tripod. He really likes those new Bogen Neotec tripods
that don't have any twists or locks; the sections just slide out and stay
put. But I'll have to go down and look at them because they seem a little
large and heavy for hiking.
