Hi Don,
At least I can explain why I choose that lens in that occasion.
I do not have any other macro lens that goes to 1:1 magnification. When I
bought my first 645 it came with the 55mm and the 120mm macro. I payed at that
time almost the same price I would have payed for a brand new FA 100/2.8
macro, so it seemed to me a very good deal. So, while sometimes I avoid to
carry the 120mm in my backpack due to its weight when I do not plan to carry
the 645 with me, its a pleasure of a lens to have and use in both the systems.
Sometimes I feel I'd like to have a more compact macro lens to replace my
everyday KM 100/2.8, but it's something i do not bother much about.
Anyway, I'm planning to purchase a good 67 200/4 that I can use on both
systems, 6x7 and 645...

Gianfranco
