Unfortunately, sticky mirror is not repairable. I will offer you
20 dollars for your LX, to use as a paperweight.

Seriously, any authorized Pentax repair shop should be able to
deal with the problem, though Pentax themselves in your neck of
the woods might be best. Not knowing where you are makes it
difficult to give more than general advice.
