Just to make sure it wasn't lack of caffiene this morning, I tried this again.
This time at f8/150th, ISO 400, 10ft (3 Meter) distance. Built in flash, Manual mode, f8 set via aperture ring. The histogram at -3.0 EC is virtually identical to the one at +3.0 EC. Wierd!
