Yes mine came with an additional, separate manual
(that include the FA*lenses: 80-200/2.8, 300/2.8,
400/5.6 and 600/4) written in English and Japanese.
This manual essentially describes how to set the focus
limiter (the 80-200 does not have one) or to remove
the tripod collar etc.

Not that I am aware of (this lens does not have the
focus limiter)
