Printer was a straightforward installation which even
I (with my wife's encouragement) was able to do.
Am running XP: Epson CD-Rom is a simple guide. Once
Epson "Printer Software" CD is started, dbl. click My
Computer, dbl. click EPSON (disc logo) then dbl. click
the EPSON logo.
Next, click Install Printer Driver.
When installation is complete, click OK.
It really is that simple and if hitches happen, the
pamphlet provided includes "retry" directions.
I am told that my wife has a "problem" at times with
the heaver stock card invelopes feeding properly.
No other issues with this printer since its
installation in May of '02.
