Hi Dave, Thanks for the comment. That post was from the 27th July, you are behind on your PAW comments, and I thought I was bad :-) I'm not really in the habit of shooting AWB these days, this was pre-PS CS, I'd have taken a different approach now. Neat Image is great but they couldn't be bothered to sell me a copy (long story) so I've since adopted Noise Ninja which is also very good. That said I don't employ post processing NR near as much as I used to pre-PS CS with it's RAW import utility. I find now that I can control noise far more elegantly at the point of RAW conversion plus I also use sharpening actions that mask edges so they don't enhance noise. Maybe I'll have a another go at processing this image.
