Hi,
you got a bit scared by the abbrev., weren't you ;-)
It's a name of extremely low-contrast developer for use with
TechPan or other document-type films. Basically teeny bit of
phenidone plus sodium sulfite.
I am asking if anybody tried it, and what the results were. Is it
possible to use it in rotary processor (JOBO), prewash or not, or
will the cont.agitation oxidise the agent too quickly? Normally,
this is a one-shot developer which oxidises quickly, so I am
curious if it will work in the Jobo. I have tried it myself, with
strange results, but I used it on a different film than TechPan so
I don't know if the JOBO was the problem or development
time/exposure was the problem.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Good light!
