I have experienced this a couple of times.
I foud that the reason was, that I had previously edited some pics and saved
them (again) on the CF card, while the card was in the card reader. Then I
forgot about it. A picture file like this will not be recognized by the
camera, which will "say" "no image". But the card's not really empty. Only
the camera can't read this edited image. Could this be your problem???

I re-formatted it in the camera, and it is back to
