Subject: Lenses for the istd(s)

What other good lenses are available for the istd series?

Well, wides are a problem for sure, but the 31mm is very good, as is the FA 50/1.4. The 77 is very nice too.
I have used my old Tokina ATX 80-200/2.8 with excellent results too.
My Tokina 400mm has too much CA to be usable, and I can't remember if I have tried my 300.
The K50/1.4 is a very cool lens on the istD, as is the A50/1.2.
The A15/3.5 is a kinda cool lens, and even the A20 is good, though I don't like the angle of view on the istD.
Both the 15 and the 20 need to be stopped down a bit.

If Stenquist sez the 16-45 is a good lens, I tend to believe it is so.
I did some shots with a 16-45 last winter at a trade show and found that the pictures it took were pleasing.
