I also think that Pentax only has like 4-5 outside reps in the US now. Pretty 
hard for them to show up at every store who has such an event. The bulk buyers 
like B&H and Wal-Mart seem to be handled by inside sales people in Colorado.

I think there is no question but that (at least) Pentax USA is now in the hands 
of the bean counters "We now have a 220% profit margin in cameras!" "Of course 
we only sell four a year".
